Add comment or escalation

Add a comment or escalation memo to a prepaid card. The comment is written to Keystone via addMemo. Note: Only customers who have been approved to be an "Approved Critical Vendor" can use these endpoints.

Short description of the issue. Maximum 255 characters.

Assignee ID.

Inquiry ID number.

Status of the inquiry (e.g. OPEN).
