# Delete an Asset

`DELETE /assets/{id}`

Delete an asset from your SysAid account. This action is irreversible.

## Response `204`

Asset deleted.

## Other responses

- `400` — The request was invalid or cannot be served
- `401` — Authentication information is missing or invalid
- `403` — The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it
- `404` — The specified resource was not found
