# Delete Source

`DELETE /v1/sources/{sourceId}`

Delete a custom source.

Requires the **Import** permission (`ingest` scope). Deletion prevents future
imports through the source but does not delete records or object types
previously created under it.

## Path parameters

- `sourceId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`
