`POST /api/v1/operational-webhook/endpoint`

Create an operational webhook endpoint.

  - `url` string, uri, required
  - `description` string
  - `rateLimit` integer, nullable — Deprecated, use `throttleRate` instead.
  - `throttleRate` integer, nullable — Maximum messages per second to send to this endpoint. Outgoing messages will be throttled to this rate.
  - `uid` string, nullable — Optional unique identifier for the endpoint.
  - `disabled` boolean
  - `filterTypes` string[], nullable
  - `secret` string, nullable — The endpoint's verification secret. Format: `base64` encoded random bytes optionally prefixed with `whsec_`. It is recommended to not set this and let the server generate the secret.
  - `metadata` object
