create new data

The path/filename where the data will be stored. If not given, the path will be generated automatically.

The MIME type of the uploaded data.

A brief description of the data being uploaded.

Boolean flag to indicate if a signed URL should be returned to download the file after.

Time-to-live in seconds for the uploaded data.

Boolean flag to indicate if an upload URL should be returned to upload the file via PUT request. Either this or file is required.

If the user is a member or collaborator of an organization, by providing the organization name, it will upload data in the organization storage.
