Publish the draft AML screening rules

Publishes the draft revision, making it the rule chain applied to live AML screening. Publishing requires the draft to have no error-level notices — check them via the draft endpoint first. The previously published revision, if any, is archived automatically, so exactly one revision is live at a time. Responds with 404 when no draft exists. Publishing through this endpoint is intended for the initial integration phase: once the integration is deemed active, publishing may be refused, and the rule chain must then be reviewed and published manually from the Sumsub web UI.
