Get the library of ready-made AML screening rules

Returns the library of ready-made AML screening rules, grouped by category. Library rules are templates: to use one, take its rule definition, adjust it if needed, and add it to the draft via the rule upsert endpoint (omit the id to let the server assign a fresh one). Some rules are vendor-specific — check vendors against the AML screening vendor you use.
