US labor and price statistics from Bureau of Labor Statistics

Fetch a BLS time series.

series must be a valid key from the BLS catalog (e.g. unemployment, cpi-all). Each datapoint carries BLS calculations (net + percent change over 1/3/6/12 periods) and any footnotes; the series carries catalog metadata when BLS provides it.

Return only the single most-recent datapoint (BLS latest flag). Overrides the years window.
