Quarterly Housing Price Index from INE operation IPV (15). Returns the general national series: annual variation (IPV948), quarterly variation (IPV949), and index level (IPV769). Published ~90 days after quarter end. Note: the canonical INE code for this operation is IPV; the endpoint is named /ipva to match Sugra naming conventions.
