Monthly Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices from INE operation IPCA (18). IPCA is the EU-comparable inflation measure feeding Eurostat's area-wide HICP aggregates. Returns national overall: annual change (IPCA8090), monthly change (IPCA8092), and index level (IPCA8091).
