Navigate SCB's PxWeb tree. Passing path="" (default) returns the 19 top-level subject areas (AM, BE, BO, PR, NR, HA, ...). Drill into a subject by passing the path as slash-separated ids. Leaf tables are returned with type=t and include an updated timestamp.
