Observed Rent Index time series by geo tier

Returns the Observed Rent Index - a smoothed measure of the typical rent observed in a region. Values are in USD per month and cover January 2015 through the latest published month. The series is smoothed but NOT seasonally adjusted (mild rent seasonality is preserved).

Available at national, metro, county, city, ZIP, and neighborhood tiers. State-level rent is not published; requesting /rents/state returns a structured 404 with an explanation pointing at the metro-level file.
