New listings entering the market each month, by geo tier

Returns the count of new listings that entered the market during each month. Values are smoothed. Useful as a forward-looking supply indicator since new listings typically precede shifts in active inventory.

Available at all seven geographic tiers.

Query parameters

regionstring nullable

Filter by region. Accepts a RegionID integer, an exact RegionName string (e.g. Houston, TX for metro, California for state, 77494 for ZIP), or a 2-letter state code. Matching is case-insensitive. Leave empty to return every region at the requested tier.
