Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD)

MACD with Appel defaults (fast=12, slow=26, signal=9). Each observation row contains macd, signal, hist (= macd - signal) so the lines are time-aligned for plotting. time_period is required by API contract but ignored — MACD uses fixed Appel windows.
