Monthly homes-sold count by geo tier

Returns the monthly count of homes sold, nowcast-adjusted to correct for late-reported transactions. Counts represent completed sales attributed to the month in which closing occurred. Available at national and metro tiers only; finer-grained sales counts are not published.

Filter by region. Accepts a RegionID integer, an exact RegionName string (e.g. Houston, TX for metro, California for state, 77494 for ZIP), or a 2-letter state code. Matching is case-insensitive. Leave empty to return every region at the requested tier.
