Market Temperature Index by geo tier

Returns the Market Temperature Index - a 0 to 100 composite that combines the share of listings with price cuts, sale-to-list ratio, and days on market into a single market-strength signal. 0 indicates a strongly cold market, 100 indicates a strongly hot sellers' market. Series start January 2018.

Available at all seven geographic tiers.
