Market fails-to-deliver leaderboard (latest SEC period)

Top fails-to-deliver across the market for the most recent SEC reporting period, ranked by failed-share quantity descending. A fail-to-deliver (FTD) is a settlement fail: the seller did not deliver the shares to the buyer by the settlement date. Persistent or spiking fails for a ticker are read as a short-squeeze / settlement-risk signal. Note the pre/post 2008-09-16 threshold discontinuity: before that date the SEC published only fail balances of 10,000 shares or more, so early history undercounts smaller fails and is not directly comparable with the later full series.
