Aggregated counts of interventions sliced by dimension. Supports group_by=month|jurisdiction|instrument|mast_chapter|evaluation|sector. Combine with start_date, end_date, and jurisdiction to build protectionism dashboards (e.g. discriminatory vs liberalising measures by month for a given implementer).
