Indicator catalog per WITS datasource
Indicator definitions for the WITS TradeStats datasources. Each entry lists the indicator code, methodology, topic, product classification, partner/product-required flags, and upstream source tag. TRN tariff data exposes its measures as observation attributes rather than a separate indicator code, so this endpoint is limited to tradestats-* datasources.
