Financial Vulnerability Index - loan-to-income
Financial Vulnerability Index indicator - loan-to-income ratio (group FVI_LOAN_TO_INCOME_RATIO). Reports the share of new mortgage originations with a loan-to-income ratio above 450% and the median LTI across first-time home buyers, repeat buyers, investors, insured and uninsured mortgages.
Published alongside the Financial Stability Report. Companion endpoints on the Sugra group passthrough can access other FVI groups directly: FVI_LOAN_TO_VALUE_RATIO, FVI_BANKS_CA, FVI_BANKS_AQ, FVI_CREA_RESALE, FVI_MORTGAGE_DEBT_SERVICE_RATIO.
