Daily FX cotizaciones snapshot (all 44 currencies)

Full daily FX basket snapshot published by BCRA Estadisticas Cambiarias - every supported currency (44 on a typical business day) priced against ARS for a single fecha. Each row carries tipo_pase (cross to USD) and tipo_cotizacion (ARS per unit). Without a date parameter upstream returns the latest published snapshot (usually T-1 after the wholesale close ~15:00 ART).
