CNB daily CZK fixing for major currencies

Daily Czech National Bank exchange rate fixing against the koruna (CZK) for approximately 30 major currencies plus SDR. Sugra normalises the upstream amount multiplier (1, 100, or 1000) to expose per-unit mid rates - for example, JPY which CNB quotes per 100 units is normalised to CZK per 1 JPY. Returns the last valid business-day fixing when the request falls on a weekend or Czech public holiday (upstream behaviour).
