Return the catalog of GLEIF-accredited LEI issuers (Local Operating Units). Each entry carries the issuer's own LEI, legal name, marketing brand, portal URL, and accreditation date. Use the issuer LEI to trace registration.managingLou values on LEI records back to their issuer.
