`GET /api/v1/rba/table/{table_id}`

Generic passthrough for any RBA statistics CSV table. `table_id` must be the lower-cased table slug without the `-data.csv` suffix (for example `f1`, `f11.1`, `a2`, `g1`, `d3`, `h5`). Returns every series in the table keyed by lower-cased RBA Series ID with full metadata and observations.
