# Manifold user profile

`GET /api/v1/predictions/manifold/user/{username}`

Manifold user profile by username. Balances are denominated in mana (M$, play-money; not USD). meta.data_time reflects account creation time since Manifold does not expose a per-user lastUpdated field.

- `username` string, required — Manifold username (changeable by user; case-sensitive).

    - `id` string, nullable — User id (durable identifier).
    - `username` string, nullable — Username (changeable by user).
    - `name` string, nullable — Display name.
    - `avatar_url` string, nullable — URL to the user avatar image.
    - `url` string, nullable — Canonical Manifold profile URL.
    - `website` string, nullable — Optional external website reported by the user.
    - `created_time` string, nullable — Account creation time (ISO 8601 UTC). Used as meta.data_time since Manifold does not expose a per-user lastUpdated.
    - `last_bet_time` string, nullable — Timestamp of the user's most recent bet (ISO 8601 UTC).
    - `balance` number, nullable — Current mana balance (M$, play-money; not USD).
    - `cash_balance` number, nullable — Sweepcash balance where applicable (separate from mana).
    - `spice_balance` number, nullable — Spice reward currency balance.
    - `total_deposits` number, nullable — Lifetime mana deposited into the account.
    - `total_cash_deposits` number, nullable — Lifetime cash deposits (rare, non-zero only for sweepcash users).
    - `is_bot` boolean, nullable — True when the account is an automated bot.
    - `is_admin` boolean, nullable — True for Manifold staff admin accounts.
    - `is_trustworthy` boolean, nullable — True when the user is granted trusted-creator status.
    - `current_betting_streak` integer, nullable — Consecutive-days betting streak for the user.
    - `creator_traders` ManifoldCreatorTraders — Creator trader counts by window.
      - `daily` integer, nullable — Traders over the last 24 hours.
      - `weekly` integer, nullable — Traders over the last 7 days.
      - `monthly` integer, nullable — Traders over the last 30 days.
      - `allTime` integer, nullable — Traders over the lifetime of the account.
  - `meta` SugraMeta, required — Metadata attached to every /api/v1/* response envelope.
    - `endpoint` string, required — Requested endpoint path.
    - `data_time` string, required — ISO 8601 UTC timestamp of the source data, not of the request.
    - `response_time` string, required — ISO 8601 UTC timestamp when this response was produced.
    - `provider` string, required — API name and version.
    - `source` string, nullable — Identifier of the primary upstream source used for this response.
    - `attribution` string, nullable — Human-readable attribution mandated by an upstream source (e.g. a securities regulator or self-regulatory organization). Present only on responses whose source requires the owner and source to be clearly identified. Do not remove or alter it when using the response.
    - `fallback_used` boolean, nullable — True when the primary source failed and a fallback produced the data.
    - `fallback_chain` string[], nullable — Ordered list of sources attempted, in the order they were tried.
    - `cached` boolean, nullable — True when this response was served from the internal cache.
    - `stale` boolean, nullable — True when the cached response was returned after the upstream rate-limited or errored. Clients can use this to detect degraded data.

## Other responses

- `401` — Missing or invalid `x-api-key` header.
- `422` — Validation Error
- `429` — Daily rate limit exceeded. Check `X-RateLimit-Reset` for the next window.
- `503` — Upstream source is temporarily unavailable. Retry after a short delay.
