# Key financial metrics overview

`GET /api/v1/fundamentals/{ticker}/overview`

Latest key financial metrics: revenue, net income, EPS, assets, debt, cash flow. Foreign private issuers filing 20-F / 40-F under IFRS are covered (the annual form is auto-resolved). A field IFRS does not provide stays null.

## Path parameters

- `ticker` string, required — Security ticker symbol.

## Query parameters

- `usd` boolean — When true, add a `val_usd` field to each monetary metric for foreign filers (20-F/40-F), converted at the as-of-period-end spot reference rate (FRED H.10 or ECB), plus an `fx` provenance block. Not transaction-time. USD filers are unchanged (rate 1.0).
