# Top movers by insurance balance sheet delta (qoq/yoy)

`GET /api/v1/ecb/icb/insurance/changes`

Euro-area countries ranked by absolute change in insurance balance sheet size (T00) across periods. `period=qoq` compares latest quarter to one quarter back; `period=yoy` to four quarters back. Sort is by absolute delta descending so both fastest accumulators and biggest contractors surface together. Excludes U2 (would self-compare) and reporters with gaps in the comparison window.
