# Analyst actions for a ticker

`GET /api/v1/analyst-actions/{ticker}`

Analyst-action FACTS (rating upgrade/downgrade/initiation/maintenance and price-target moves, with the firm and date) extracted from Sugra's own first-party news ingest. This is NOT a resold analyst-consensus estimate - only the facts a news headline states, with provenance on every row. Partial recall by construction (general business news, not a ticker-keyed analyst wire); smaller-cap and same-day completeness is incomplete. Cached 10min. Not investment advice.
