Organization profile
Fetch a publishing organization profile by slug or UUID via CKAN organization_show. Returns package_count, organization metadata (name, URL, logo), and optionally the list of datasets they publish when include_datasets=true. Large organizations (national statistics offices, ministries) may attach hundreds of datasets.
