# Is Cluster Scaling Enabled

`GET /cluster/enabled`

Lightweight capability check for the cluster view.

``enabled``: the current service is BYOC, so the cluster info view is available.
``scaling_available``: a cluster_configs record also exists, so scale operations are possible.
