# SearchTerminalRefunds

`POST /v2/terminals/refunds/search`

Retrieves a filtered list of Interac Terminal refund requests created by the seller making the request. Terminal refund requests are available for 30 days.

## Request body

- SearchTerminalRefundsRequest
  - `query` TerminalRefundQuery
    - `filter` TerminalRefundQueryFilter
      - `device_id` string, nullable — `TerminalRefund` objects associated with a specific device. If no device is specified, then all `TerminalRefund` objects for the signed-in account are displayed.
      - `created_at` TimeRange — Represents a generic time range. The start and end values are represented in RFC 3339 format. Time ranges are customized to be inclusive or exclusive based on the needs of a particular endpoint. Refer to the relevant endpoint-specific documentation to determine how time ranges are handled.
        - `start_at` string, nullable — A datetime value in RFC 3339 format indicating when the time range starts.
        - `end_at` string, nullable — A datetime value in RFC 3339 format indicating when the time range ends.
      - `status` string, nullable — Filtered results with the desired status of the `TerminalRefund`. Options: `PENDING`, `IN_PROGRESS`, `CANCEL_REQUESTED`, `CANCELED`, or `COMPLETED`.
    - `sort` TerminalRefundQuerySort
      - `sort_order` string, nullable — The order in which results are listed. - `ASC` - Oldest to newest. - `DESC` - Newest to oldest (default).
  - `cursor` string — A pagination cursor returned by a previous call to this endpoint. Provide this cursor to retrieve the next set of results for the original query.
  - `limit` integer — Limits the number of results returned for a single request.

    - `amount_money` Money, required — Represents an amount of money. `Money` fields can be signed or unsigned. Fields that do not explicitly define whether they are signed or unsigned are considered unsigned and can only hold positive amounts. For signed fields, the sign of the value indicates the purpose of the money transfer.       - `amount` integer, nullable — The amount of money, in the smallest denomination of the currency indicated by `currency`. For example, when `currency` is `USD`, `amount` is in cents.     - `reason` string, required — A description of the reason for the refund.
    - `device_id` string, required — The unique ID of the device intended for this `TerminalRefund`. The Id can be retrieved from /v2/devices api.
    - `deadline_duration` string, nullable — The RFC 3339 duration, after which the refund is automatically canceled. A `TerminalRefund` that is `PENDING` is automatically `CANCELED` and has a cancellation reason of `TIMED_OUT`. Default: 5 minutes from creation. Maximum: 5 minutes
    - `status` string — The status of the `TerminalRefund`. Options: `PENDING`, `IN_PROGRESS`, `CANCEL_REQUESTED`, `CANCELED`, or `COMPLETED`.
    - `cancel_reason` 'BUYER_CANCELED' | 'SELLER_CANCELED' | 'TIMED_OUT'
    - `created_at` string — The time when the `TerminalRefund` was created, as an RFC 3339 timestamp.
    - `updated_at` string — The time when the `TerminalRefund` was last updated, as an RFC 3339 timestamp.
    - `app_id` string — The ID of the application that created the refund.
    - `location_id` string — The location of the device where the `TerminalRefund` was directed.
