List attachment types

Returns the attachment types that can be assigned to attachments: the available predefined types (UNASSIGNED, CV) and all of the tenant-defined custom attachment types. Each type lists the recordTypes it may be assigned to — CANDIDATE maps to candidateId, CLIENT to companyId, and VACANCY to vacancyId.
