Destination Slack Oauth Redirect
Handle Slack OAuth redirect callback for dynamic destinations. This endpoint receives OAuth callbacks from Slack after app installation/authorization and forwards them to all clusters of the specified destination.
Since we don't know which cluster the OAuth state belongs to, we fan out to all clusters and return the first successful response.
