# Get Openid Configuration

`GET /.well-known/openid-configuration`

Return OpenID Connect configuration.

Fetches config from a cluster and overrides URLs to point to Oogway.
Returns provider metadata including endpoints, supported scopes,
response types, and signing algorithms.
