List teams available to the MCP user

List the brands/teams the authenticated user can access. ALWAYS call this first to obtain a teamId for any team-scoped tool: show the user the teams and let them pick the brand by name, then pass that teamId. Never ask the user to find, paste, or guess a raw team ID.
