# List subtasks

`GET /projects/{project_id}/assignments/{assignment_id}/subtasks`

Returns the subtasks for the matching project assignment.

## Query parameters

- `per_page` integer — The maximum number of items to show per response page.
- `page` integer — The response page to return.

## Response `200`

The subtasks for the matching project assignment.

    - `per_page` integer — The maximum number of items to show per response page.
    - `page` integer — The current response page number.
    - `previous` string, nullable — If you're on the first page, this value is `null`; otherwise the value is the path and query parameters to get the previous page of items.
    - `self` string — The path and query parameters to get the current page of items.
    - `next` string, nullable — If there are more items, this value is the path and query parameters to get the next page of items; otherwise, it's `null`.
    - `count` integer, nullable — The total number of items in all the pages.
  - `data` Subtask[], required
    - `id` integer — The unique identifier for the subtask.
    - `assignment_id` integer — The ID of the assignment to which this subtask belongs.
    - `assignable_id` integer — The ID of the project, phase, or leave type to which the the assignment applies.
    - `description` string — Identifies the subtask.
    - `completed` boolean — This is true if the subtask is done; otherwise, it's false.
    - `updated_at` string, date-time — The time of the last update.
    - `created_at` string, date-time — The time of creation.
    - `updated_by` integer — The ID of the user who last updated this subtask.
