# List notes for knowledge management

`GET /knowledge-management/notes`

List notes for knowledge management.

## Query parameters

- `reviewStateList` PublicApiReviewState[]
- `ownerIdList` string[]
- `channelIdList` string[]
- `sinceDaysAgo` number, double
- `first` integer
- `cursor` string

## Response `200`

Ok

- PaginatedNotes
  - `notes` Note[], required
    - `owner` NoteOwner — Owner of the note for review purposes. Either userId or groupId will be set, but not both.
      - `groupId` string — Group id of the owner (if owner is a group)
      - `userId` string — User id of the owner (if owner is a user)
    - `reviewState` 'Verified' | 'Outdated' | 'VerificationRequested' | 'VerificationExpired'
    - `archivedAt` string, date-time, nullable, required — Date of the archiving of the note (null if not archived)
    - `lastEditedAt` string, date-time, required — Date of the last edition of the note
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required — Date of the last update of the note
    - `createdAt` string, date-time, required — Date of the creation of the note
    - `columns` string[] — If note is in a collection, it will contain its column names
    - `attributes` string[] — If note is in a collection, it will contain its attributes ordered by column
    - `url` string, required — Url to the note
    - `listPosition` number, double, nullable — Position of the note among its siblings, matching the order shown in the Slite sidebar. Higher values come first (top of the sidebar). By default it is seeded from the creation date, so freshly created docs appear at the top; manual reordering overrides it. Combine with `orderBy=listPosition_DESC` on the children endpoint to reproduce the sidebar order. Null when the note has no explicit position.
    - `parentNoteId` string, nullable, required — Parent note id of the current note. It can be null if it's a root note.
    - `iconColor` string, nullable — Optional icon color for the note.
    - `iconShape` string, nullable — Optional icon identifier for the note.
    - `title` string, required — Title of the note
    - `id` string, required — Id of the note
  - `total` number, double, required — Total number of children
  - `hasNextPage` boolean, required — Is there any other page to fetch
  - `nextCursor` string, nullable, required — Next cursor to continue fetching the paginate children
