`GET /merchant`

Retrieve the list of available merchant ids

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string
- `search:merchant_name` string

## Response `200`

  - `metadata` PaginationPaginationResponse — Response sent when requesting a list of data
    - `nextCursor` string — The cursor to use to retrieve the next page of data. If this is not sent, there is no more data to retrieve.
    - `count` number — The number of items in the current page of data.

- `403` — Forbidden
- `429` — TooManyRequests
- `500` — Internal Error
