This method may only be issued to a Border Router. It is used to force addition of one or more Information Elements (beyond those normally populated) into the Border Router's subsequently issued PC frames. This method is primarily intended to test unknown IE handling/content within the mesh. All additions and deletions trigger an increment of PAN Version in the PC and LPC, and reset of its trickle timer.
