True if LFN joins to the PAN and to this border router are allowed, False otherwise.

mplSeedLengthinteger

The MPL seed-id length (S-field). An unsigned two-bit integer equal to either 0 or 3, where 0 indicates the seed-id is elided and is the IPv6 source address, and 3 indicates the seed-id is the 128-bit ULA/GUA of the source. [RFC7731, FANTPS-1.1v06-d7]
