# Toggle server active/standby (server-level, calm-period switchover)

`GET /api/actions/set-active-status`

Flips this replication-manager between Active and Standby and propagates the new status to all its clusters (yield to peer / take over). Calm-period only: refused with 409 during split brain. Server-level counterpart of the per-cluster set-active-status endpoint.

- `403` — No valid ACL
- `409` — cannot toggle active status during split brain
