Redirect to the watermarked MP4 for a live stream VOD.
Returns 302 to the GCS-hosted watermarked file when ready, or to the Mux static rendition during the processing window. Returns 404 if the org has no watermark pipeline configured. ?variant=raw serves the plain rendition instead (see _resolve_variant).
