# Delete order

`DELETE /orders/{orderId}`

Removes order from ShipStation's UI. This is a "soft" delete action so the order will still exist in the database, but will be set to inactive.

## Path parameters

- `orderId` integer, required

## Response `200`

Order deleted successfully

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request - The request could not be understood or was missing required parameters
- `401` — Unauthorized - Authentication credentials are missing or invalid
- `404` — Not Found - The specified resource was not found
- `500` — Internal Server Error - An error occurred on the server
