Retrieve a paginated list of purchase orders with optional filtering by status, warehouse, dates, and other criteria.

## Query parameters

- `order_number` string
- `status` 'draft' | 'open' | 'receiving' | 'received' | 'cancelled' | 'closed'
- `warehouse_id` string

- `create_date_start` string, date-time
