# List all Notes

`GET /note.json`

#### OAuth Scope
This endpoint requires the following OAuth scope **read_job_notes**.

## Response `200`

An array of Notes

- Note[]
  - `uuid` string, uuid — Unique identifier for this record
  - `active` 0 | 1 — Record active/deleted flag. Valid values are [0,1]
  - `edit_date` string — Timestamp at which record was last modified
  - `related_object` string
  - `related_object_uuid` string, uuid
  - `note` string
  - `action_required` string
  - `action_completed_by_staff_uuid` string, uuid
  - `edit_by_staff_uuid` string, uuid — UUID of Staff Member who last modified record
  - `create_date` string — Timestamp at which record was last modified

## Other responses

- `400` — Bad Request - The request is malformed or contains invalid parameters
- `401` — Unauthorized - Authentication credentials are missing or invalid
- `403` — Forbidden - You don't have permission to access this resource
- `429` — Too Many Requests - You have exceeded the rate limit
- `500` — Internal Server Error - An unexpected error occurred on the server
