`GET /v2/app-resources/{id}`

Get a specific app resource by ID.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required — The ID of the resource.

    - `appInstanceId` string — The ID of the app instance that the resource belongs to.

    - `externalId` string, nullable — The external ID of the resource.
    - `tagIds` string[] — IDs of the tags currently attached to this resource.

    - `id` string — The ID of the access relationship.
    - `relationshipType` 'ACCESS_RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED' | 'ACCESS_RELATIONSHIP_TYPE_OWNER'
    - `targetId` string — The ID of the target (user or group).

Generalizes the former app_relationships model (app_instance subjects only) so resources, roles (entitlements), and teams can have owners too.
