`GET /audit-log/count`

## Query parameters

- `actor_type` 'api_key' | 'app_user' | 'stripe_app' | 'system' | 'temporary_access_token'

- `start_time` string, date-time
- `limit` integer — Page limit (default 100)
- `offset` integer — Page offset (default 0)
