# Unpublish a Module

`DELETE /modules/{module}`

This endpoint removes the module from the registry.

## Path parameters

- `module` string, required

## Response `204`

Success.

## Other responses

- `403` — Module is in use and can not be removed.
- `404` — Module not found or user unauthorized to perform action.
- `422` — Malformed request body (missing attributes, wrong types, etc.).
- `4XX` — Client error.
- `5XX` — Server error.
