# Update a Workload Identity Provider

`PATCH /workload-identity-providers/{workload_identity_provider}`

This endpoint updates attributes of an existing Workload Identity Provider.

## Path parameters

- `workload_identity_provider` string, required

## Response `200`

Updated.

## Other responses

- `403` — User unauthorized to perform action.
- `404` — Resource not found, or user unauthorized to perform action.
- `422` — Malformed request body (missing attributes, wrong types, etc.).
- `4XX` — Client error.
- `5XX` — Server error.
