Spacex Transporter Opm To Tle

Returns TLE for all the assets in the SpaceX OPM file. The NORAD ID is assigned as either:

  • The provided norad_id field in the YAML (if present)
  • Otherwise 99001, 99002, ... The COSPAR ID is 2024-152A, 2024-152B, ... TLE can be derived from ECEF state or "mean" orbital elements.

.. note: The SpaceX OPM does not clarify what the "mean" elements mean. Here, they are assumed to be Kozai mean elements.
